Delivery boy 'Ajay solanki' is rude and hostile! He came to my door and asked for OTP and after confirming OTP he said "i forgot your parcel". Seriously,, this is unacceptable! I can't understand this type of carelessness. And then instead of apologizing he started shouting on me and argued! And they don't even provide post delivery ratings because they know they'll surely get low rating! Wasn't expecting this kind of executiveness from FedEx! Either hire professionals or shut down your collapsing service!
