It was gone out of service on whole festivals like Holi, Diwali, Janmashtami and when we call professional they don't receive calls at all.

Initially i was facing frequent disconnect problems for long time. Now service is improved and it mostly works. Still i am facing disconnect problem but for short time and once a two days. During skype call it some time misbehaves. Now i am able to work from home with GTPL with some difficulties. Thanks for service improvement.

Took more than 5 days to install. Paid money before 5 days for full year plan , but still waiting for installation of router. And calling on above mentioned number they don't recieve the call and everytime that engage tune and the person you are trying to call is busy plays ! Worst arrogant person not at all responsive ! Utter nonsense non professional people !

Very poor performance by gtpl i called so many time to excutive no response from there side . I took 40mbps plan and the speed of wifi is less then 1mbps. I chked so many time speed of wifi is in kbps. Not good at all . And for gaming its worst wifi service in Porbandar .

After the renewal of my plan. It constantly gets disconnected for 7-7 days n sometimes more than that. On registering the complaint no one is responding and the ticket is closed without resolving the issues. Worst experience of Gtpl broadband this year.

Requested new installation, said it will take 5 days. Waiting from last 10 days. Still no any process. Very very poor service.
