Fantastic layout and staff 4star. An extra star will be given if order and quality assurance is good. 2020- from four star to five stars. Quality was assured and returns promise. Fantastic staff to work with whilst 2020 has been a challenging year for this business. I look forward to working with Lee and future home improvement projects. Thanks to all the staff.

The products are good but the service is shocking at the doncaster branch. We were massively misled with lead times, the toilet was a back fill which no one made us aware of, they didnt supply us any valves for the radiators or make us aware they didnt come as part of it. I had to purchase a toilet from another company as when we called to say the toilet was the wrong type of fill all they cared about was asking if the box was open and they would charge a 25% restock fee. I escalated to management who basically didnt care and blamed my plumber even though the shipment was later than we were told so the toilet didnt arrive until after the first fix and porcelanosa never told it was back fill. The manager then said its because there products are better quality than others as they are true back to wall which is a load of cobblers as i purchased a true back to wall that the plumber fitted easily from elsewhere. To top everything off his made out he was doing me a favour letting me return the toilet even though they were charging me the 25% restock fee which i paid to add and i still yet to receive my refund onto my card 20 days later. Do yourself a favour and dont purchase from them! am in sales myself and i can honestly say this is the worst customer experience i have ever had and they must have a real poor culture. Expensive and confusing. There was no real style to the store. Sets weren't together so left totally disappointed. Choice was also limited
Bad customer service! Jo dealt with us and firstly, she kept on calling me to see when I was coming etc to see when I was placing my order. Ordered a few things and said we’d think about the rest and she said she’d let us know when the sale would end, but since we placed the order, never had any phone call back. Classic example of chasing people when you want money and then not following through with the good service! Also, she did CAD plans of the bathroom but somehow ordered wayyyy too many mosaics. We even added extra features to use them all but still left with two whole boxes. (Also, watch out because some of the mosaic sheets are actually half the size of what they should be, so they may seem cheap but you only get half the size). The tiler called up and spent ages trying to sort the issue as it had happened to a customer before and they said they would call back, but never did! I then called and she said they would sort it, but weeks down the line, no phone call again! And they blamed us for not checking the amount when it should be worked out accurately from the CAD drawing. Very poor customer service from a company that should have the best, due to the vast amounts of money customers spend here! Also, I am not going to waste any of my time writing emails so if this issue can be resolved contact the Doncaster team and they will have all the details of the order.
