Good service, when you can get an appointment. When I have needed service it has always taken at least three, usually more, days to get in. Mr. Dennis is great to deal with. The rest of the staff, while not unpleasant, do not seem to go out of their way to help. It feels like they are trying to do the minimum to get by. Update: Another instance of unavailability of their service department. I was having significant issues that prevented my car from being driven safely and they initially wanted me to wait a week for a service appointment. After complaining, they reduced the wait time to five days. Still too long.

Excellent Customer Service\ Over the weekend I purchased a vehicle from Dean McCrary Porsche and it was the best and easiest car-buying experience out of all previous purchases. I've purchase many cars from various dealerships over the past 20 years and I must say that Eric was the best salesman that I've ever worked with. I'm a Virginia resident and Eric went out of his way to provide the neccesary information and photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicles when requested. He and the staff made the me feel comfortable enough that I flew to Mobile and purchased the vehicle. They even provided a driver to transport me from Pensacola, FL to the dealership. Again, thanks for make my buying experience a positive and memorable experience.

I was in the market for a NEW Porsche . Found a NEW vehicle online. The web photos showed the odometer reading 15 miles! Spent the whole day negotiating a deal mostly waiting for the \manager\, then I was told sale \pending\. About six hours later was told that the vehicle is a LOANER with almost 9,000 miles on it. Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware!!!

Wonderful experience .. Smooth process. Dennis was cordial, thorough .. informative & provided final report/analysis of my car's condition. Kudos to him & also, the technician .. working!! Think I may have found my 'long-lost' Porsche family .. only deal is they 'charge' when I visit! What's up with that?!! Everything went great .. the Service agents, very friendly .. the waiting period expected & lounge area nice 'for 'a country mile' nap! Thank you!! P.S. Apologize, but failed to mention Francis in Parts .. needed part ordered & received 'in-house' quickly & at 'very reasonable' price! Francis was very friendly & processed the order seamlessly .. for the \Simple Man\, like myself!!

I was visiting my grandkids from out of state and staying in Ocean Springs when my Taycan 12v battery died overnight. They arranged a flatbed tow, performed 2 service updates/checks, charged the battery and delivered back to me within 24 hours. Dennis kept me well informed and was great to work with. Thanks guys! BTW... the software update introduced a glitch in Innodrive that locks in a speed limit and displays it while SOMETIMES detecting and honoring a new speed limit (but still displaying the old one.) Sometimes it ignores the new limit (seems random.) Kinda frustrating to see 70MPH on the dash while in a 45MPH zone. Hopefully corporate will push out an over the air update soon! NOT THE DEALERS FAULT!
