All in all a positive experience regarding the quality of work performed on my 2015 Macan Turbo. Everyone there is super really knowledgeable about your car which isn't always the case in other dealerships (::cough:; Mercedes) and very friendly and professional in-person. The only hang up with my experience is the lack of communication over the phone. I would call my service advisor for progress but have to leave a message and not receive a reply until I call back two days later when I am able to reach him over the phone. Just be proactive if you want up-to-date information. Pic taken immediately after service while getting gas :).

The service is good, but its not Porsche level service. They should be friendlier and give you VIP level treatment considering what these cars cost. Try decorating the place a little nicer.
