I travelled from out of state to purchase my new vehicle at Porsche Stratham. And to be honest, I harbored some skepticism about travelling 500 miles to purchase the vehicle; but I really lucked out with choosing this dealership. This was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. The condition of the car was clean as advertised, and the dealership was flexible and willing to work with me to best deliver customer satisfaction. And where else to start than with Mr. Alex Bordeau (Dealer Sales Professional) epitomizing the definition of professionalism and customer service balanced with thoughtfulness. Alex provided premium level service starting from the negotiation process all the way to me driving my new vehicle home. Alex was willing to work with me to the point where a good deal was struck on the purchase of the vehicle (even threw in an extra set of wheels). There was no pressure, gimmicks, or the usual shenanigans car buyers usually have to take on. Upon my arrival at the airport, he also facilitated my transportation to the dealership. Then Alex made the remaining process more streamlined, comfortable, and seamless than I could have ever imagined. For Alex, it seemed as if “above and beyond” was just a normal thing. Excellence is an understatement. Thanks Alex. The financing portion of the transaction was handled by M. Anthony Wallace (Certified Sales Manager) and he was extremely capable, knowledgeable, transparent, and patient in walking me through the finance process. He was even successful in getting me a very attractive interest rate for financing my new vehicle. Not much more you can ask for. Top notch. The level of service these professionals provided is definitely an example to be followed as a gold standard at dealerships.

Had a great experience buying my first Porsche. Originally I came in to look at a CPO'd GT4, we agreed on the numbers and took the car home that day.
