What bad service! Phoned in to ask if my UPS could have new batteries fitted. Gave model number. Got asked how many batteries and what type. It's a closed box. Then got told they only have one battery. Surely if I bring the UPS in they can quote, I accept the quote, they order and fit, I collect. That simple. Bad, argumentative person I spoke to.
