Rude. Unhelpful. Bad experience as usual. A friendly face will be a pleasure. Don't tell people to read the signs if you can just smile and explain. Your lunch hour is obviously more important than a customer. Maybe you should not all go to lunch at the same time

The worst service ever. Everyday its a different excuse. 1 day its the printer not working the next day system is slow and so the list go's on and on. Never calls you back. I dont know what what they do during the day always seems to be busy on the computers.

So the owner calls me... What a arrogant women, she goes on and on and after speaking to her employee she realizes that her employee was wrong! She still doesn't apologize and now I have to swallow my frustration!!! I grew up in Port Alfred, my Grandfather was the Mayor. You have office hours for a reason please adhere to them not close as you please. I arrived there at 17:04 today bringing your store business. Your business hours say till 6pm that being 18:00. It is quite an inconvenience arriving to find your doors and gates closed. I'm extremely frustrated as I drove quite a distance and wanted to be there well in time to sort out what I needed to with the company
