when you go here, the norm is YOU must tell them of any preferences / changes. no way to order online, by app or by phone. no way to set your preferences for your order, unless you fax it in like you peaked in the 90's. I'm used to every other KFC asking me what kind of chicken I want, and sides, and offering me dessert. well, at least the drive thru is fast. they were kind enough to tell me they ran out of biscuits and gave me a substitution so, if it's your first time, make sure you tell them regular or extra crispy. and if you want a M O L T E N LAVA CAKE

This place is absolutely horrible. Their chicken is super greasy 90% of the time, they think a taco salad goes on nacho chips, their pot pies have bones in them, and they crush the food they give you. If you want Taco Bell, go to Sequim, if you want KFC, go to Silverdale, you'll be glad you did.
CONSISTENTLY miss items in our order...What Do we have to do? Open up the bucket at the window to ensure that you gave us what we ordered? Also, people like butter spread for their biscuits, not 19 honey packets and NO butter...Can't call the business either, their phone number is connected to a fax machine...your business is a JOKE...

These guys have got to get their act together. They are extremely inefficient. Waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes is ridiculous, but I’ve literally sat there for over 20 minutes easy. This isn’t a once in awhile problem, it is CONSISTENTLY an issue. Please GM do something about the issue here. Open the lobby at least so we can free up the drive thru. It’s a nightmare.
