I had an appointment scheduled for 7:40 am today, I showed up at 7:40 as to not be waiting in the lobby during a pandemic. The person at the desk was with someone when I arrived and did not finish until 7:47 . When I got to the desk I was told my appointment was at 7:40 and I need to reschedule. This is the message I received for my appointment: Olympic Medical: Shannon appt for Thu 12/3 at 7:40am Thank you for confirming your appointment. Reply STOP to end msgs. Std rates may apply. I make as few appointments as aI can to help stop congestion. Really disappointed.
