Wanted to share my experience with Ruddell Auto Mall. After a frustrating couple weeks of dealing with the local dealerships here in Beaverton Oregon, a friend recommended I contact Ruddell GMC. After the first conversation on the phone I knew they were different. The customer service was exceptional. They took the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. After Howie and team found the vehicle we were looking for, I drove 4 hours from Beaverton Oregon to purchase it, and it was well worth it. I was greeted at the door, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and I drove home in the car of my dreams. Thank you Howie, Wes and team! I will be back!
