To me, it's not bad experience taking your commute from here to wherever you're going. You're still going to see homeless people trying to stay alive by being here, which is not exactly that easy if you try to imagine doing that yourself. You can have meals here, use the bathrooms, and keep warm especially when the weather out is terribly cold.

The place is a zoo, but not as bad as it used to be decades ago. On the bright side you can get almost anywhere from there.
Mask is mandatory so Covid arrangement is good and station is clean. For a new person it is hard to find the correct gate number, so sign boards should be there. Very crowded during the office hours and be cautious of your belongings
The bus was way more crowded that I expected. I travel with them all the time and it isn't usually packed so I thought it would be okay to travel with them now, given the current state that we're in. It was also expected of them to sell less tickets, but no, all seats were filled for a 9 hour long ride during a pandemic.
