Nice place... This is not a place should be explored... If you want to know about shells, corels, fishes of andaman, tribes of andaman, then you must visit this museum...

Great place to see marine life and specimens of shells, corals etc There is also a documentary on display on various things to do in Andaman islands Also at the end is a gift shop to buy souvenirs. We visited both anthropology museum and samudrike museum but would recommend visiting this if someone wants to make a choice between the two Can easily spend 1 - 1.5 hr here based on one's interest Please add a like of you find this useful !

Well maintained place. Visitors are less , still worth coming here. People who couldn't do scuba diving could witness the fossils of coral organism kept in display also can see the exotic variety of fishes found in deep Ocean

Beautiful experience. They had various sections each for fishes, corals, life of tribes. Some of the species you would never see except the museum. You will learn about early life of the andamanese and nicobari people. Interesting facts. You can visit the museum till 4.30 p.m.. it also has wheelchair facility. Worth the amount spent (Rs.50/-)
