Went and bought a pre-owned dryer. It was 100 so I was so happy with the great deal! I was told it was a working dryer and they test their products before selling them. I get the dryer home to find out it doesn’t even have a power cord. There is not even a spot to plug a cord in because the cord needs to be wired in. Not only that but the dryer wasn’t even cleaned. The lint catcher was full of lint from the previous owner. I spent 30 mins pulling lint out of a hole in the back of the dryer. When I called to ask why there was no power cord I was told “We don’t sell any of our items with power cords. You can go buy one at Lowe’s for 20.” Is this a joke?? I have to buy a cord and wire it my self?? How do they even know it was a working dryer when there’s not even a cord on it? Did they put on a cord to test it and then take the cord off?? I would have rather spent 120 on a dryer that was ready to use. Horrible customer service. Wish I could add pictures here so I can post all the lint I took out of the dryer and how the lint catcher was full. Update: The dryer does not work. After attempting to wire it, we removed the back of the dryer only to find it even more full of lint and sand which was strange. Not only that but the wiring in the back is faulty and I don’t even feel safe pulling it in without the thought of burning down my house. Thank you for responding Phil. I will be emailing you and hopefully we can fix this. UPDATE: I emailed Phil and haven’t heard back yet. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Extremely inaccurate ETA. No consideration to call and update you so you can be aware that they will be late. Inconvenient if your asking a friend or relative to be home for delivery. If YOU are home all day and don’t mind the wait then no problem. Had to call myself to get an update, it’s 7:45 now and still no delivery or update.

Great product but don't miss any payments. They call you like crazy 3 days later and knocking on your door twice a day. Then tell you that's not how they opperate with people that don't make a payment in3 days since it was due. How rude.
