My husband and I are starting to renovate our first fixer upper and were so pleased with our experience shopping for appliances with Helen. She was really good at her job. On 3/16 I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and was assisted by Helen M. She was very helpful and efficient. I was able to get the model I wanted and have it delivered in a timely manner. I also made it to my doctor's appointment in time that afternoon! Thank you, Helen!
Great place, Matt in Electronic was very professional and pleasant, he helps us with all questions and answers. We did a Chromebook purchase and we went home happy
If you want good service this location is not for you. Tried to buy a laptop waited for 30 minutes for help showed one I wanted. Didn't have it couldn't order it. So I asked about another didn't have it could order it and have it in 2 weeks. But had no problem showing me laptops twice as much he had in stock. So asked to speak to the manager. Speaking to her was like speaking to a wall. Best buy just isn't what it use to be.
Very organized as far as the covid-19 and warnings. They had hand sanitizers at almost every time you turned around there was a bottle that you could wash sanitize your hands with. Everybody knew what the customer wanted what we wanted the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and pointing out different laptops to us and explaining things. Best buy was a very good visit today, thank you.
Very poor service, after waiting for over a half hour in line to purchase an Apple Watch, the representative told me he would assist me after ringing out his current customer. Then a woman who has been wondering the store walks up to him and demands she’s helped first because she’s purchasing a computer. The rep then looks at me and says “there’s no real line” and the representative walks off with her. All while she wasn’t wearing a mask. So much for a mask mandate, as someone who works in sales, that was extremely unprofessional and I won’t be doing further business here.
I'll never buy with Best Buy again. I'll never understand went business are opposed to things getting better. About a month ago I was at this location with no mask and nothing said about it. I CAN'T wear a mask and certain things I won't buy without being able to put my hands on them or like the office chair i was looking to buy, sit in it first. Today I was greeted by a sign and a man who stopped me at the door because I can't wear a mask. I'm done with this company and my mother is canceling her credit card with them.
Have made several expensive purchases in the past, mainly appliances from this location. In the store not to long ago, asked a young associate where an item was located in the store, he did not know. Did not offer to get another associate to help us, did not ask another associate where the item was located. O.K., shout out to customer service training. Also, I am supposed to hand out my cell phone number to an employee for the purpose of "waiting for an associate to come over and help me?" Tried calling the store, another time, to ask a couple of questions in hopes of saving us a trip down to it. No one answers the phone, never gets picked up. Drove to the store, spoke with an associate telling him we couldn't get through to any employees in the store when calling their number. He admitted to us that corporate decided that the store employees didn't need to be bothered answering the phones, unless it is for The Geek Squad. Next time you are in that store, listen and see how often their phones ring. We will not be going back there again, not showing that they deserve my time, money or business. Next appliances will be purchased from a more deserving mom and pop store front.
