I went to fawcett memorial ER after having lower abdominal pain in the same region the appendix is in for 2 hours. At the time I went the pain was bearable but still there. The nurses were very nice, attentive, Jenna was great and very sweet. But the PA that saw me took one look at me and must have decided I did not need help. He ordered blood tests and urine tests and it took 2.5 hours to get the results of which they decided to discharge me and let me go home on the basis that my blood tests and urine panels looked normal. So after waiting two hours the nurse came and told me that not even the PA who determined I was “fine.” Well I go home and I check my lab results and there are a lot of abnormal values that would indicate an infection. Everyone was very nice, the hospital was very clean and the wait time was very short. I was just expecting a little more completeness when they evaluated me.

My wife went to the emergency room on Saturday and was very dehydrated. We asked for water but was told she needed to be tested first. The tests revealed that she indeed was dehydrated and was told that they would get her some fluids. She then had to wait over a hour and a half before they gave her an IV. They had put her in a room and I had to buzz the nurse to get help. We were there nearly 6 hours total.

Was there for over three hours, but I received ct and an xray also, Dr. Green was excelent along with the staff. Definatley would recommends this ER.

Daughter needed her pain meds nurse practitioner. Said no. Was told to go from urgent care to hospital. Doctor can't do anything since New laws hope they get RA 1000 hips fracture and then have to deal with it!

Just had outpatient surgery done at Fawcett and I was very impressed. From the time I checked in to the time I left everyone was so nice and caring.All the employees were very mature and very experienced. I was also very surprised by all the extra steps they took to prevent any infections.
