I bought an 09 Impala that is just gorgeous. On the test drive I noticed a small shimmy. The salesman Gabriel assured me that was the after market rims, one had lost a weight and needed to be balanced. It turned out to be CV axles and ball joints needed to be changed. Then the first day I sat in the parking lot to pick my grandson up from school, the A/C quit. I took the car to my garage and my mechanic gave me an estimate of 1250. which I then called Gabriel and worked out a deal where I would buy the parts and they would install them, which I thought was fair. When I got the parts I was given an appt at 10 am, but the mechanic doesn't come in till 1, huh? And then Gabriel says we will call you with the quote. QUOTE? For What??? At that point I was getting VERY upset, this man has gone back on his word for every conversation we've had. Jay, the owner, was called in. He was shown the estimate, and he took a drive with the car, and then proposed I pay 200 and his mechanic would replace all the parts. I got the parts for 400, so the total bill came to 600 and my Impala drives like she's just off the line! I love this car, and I appreciate Jay's fairness in making the car safe to drive.

Good clean inventory. Oscar was great, genuine and accommodating. My neighbor purchased a 2013 Sentra. I went along for the experience and to make sure it hadn't been in a accident that wasn't reported on Carfax. Passed my inspection. Great experience with js auto. I purchased a 2000 Toyota solara from j’s they gave me a great deal on the car got me setup with a temporary license and i was driving and loving my car the same day. Will be back to purchase another car from this dealer soon with my girlfriend . I came in today and was clueless on some things because honestly i was so excited when i bought the car that i forgot a few things being a new car buyer. j answered all my questions twice i think lol because I couldn’t understand some of it. But I finally got it. Great cars drive home the same day of purchase j will hook you up. Best deals in town imo
