This was going to be a bad review, we had one neck of a bad evening here with a mixture of terrible customer service, leaving without a car, and missing registrations on the trade in we now had to drive back home. I didn't want to judge them all on one not so great salesman so we went in the next day to give a complaint and see if they found our registration. At this point we weren't looking for a car or anything much. Just let the manager know how things were handled and get our papers back. The manager Drathan was an awesome individual, sympathetic and down to earth. He was honest and open with how the system works and explaining it to my sister-in-law(the car was for her, first time buyer!!). Needless to say he took good care of us, found us another option if we wanted to take a look and didn't pressure us at all if we didn't care for it and wanted to be on our way. He set us up with Sara who was one of the best car salespeople I've worked with. She was smart, funny, friendly, peppy, and when I say she went above and beyond for us I mean it. From bringing us cookies, to listening to our story, to cleaning the license plate before putting it on the new car, with balloons. She wanted her first time buying a car to end in a great experience and in the end it was. A good deal, as well. Thanks, Honda of Port Charlotte.

I worked with your sales Rep Lance the other day. He was so welcoming and professional which is very rare these days. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and was very thorough. He also has great follow up skills as he calls and keeps me updated as to all the cars that match my criteria. Brian my service advisor greeted me as I was getting out of my car when I arrived at the service bay. He greeted me with a smile and took care of my car right away. COVID precautions in place I felt safe getting my service done here. Check out was done quickly at a lower price than expected. Job well done!

My experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte was exceptional in every way. My husband and I are Canadians who recently returned to our winter home in Cape Coral. Although it takes more time and effort to get there, I decided to drive the extra distance as we have always been pleased with the service we have received in doing regular service work and in emergency situations. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting several new staff members in the service (Terrel), sales (Robert) and parts departments (Jesse), as well as reconnecting with the welcoming service manager, Dan Whittington. The service I received was stellar from start to finish. After diagnosing and correcting some minor issues and advising me about repairs I might consider in the future, I picked up my beautifully cleaned vehicle and headed home. At no point, did I feel pressured to make decisions that were optional at this time. Although my car is an older Honda Odyssey with high mileage that we brought down from Canada several years ago, it drove like a charm on my ride home. I always feel secure and safe after the vehicle is serviced here. For the first time, I had the opportunity spend time with Robert, a wonderful salesperson, who guided me through the possibility of trading in the car in the future when it makes sense to do so. The competent staff, from mechanics to those people who greet clients at the door, should all be commended for their professional, honest and personable service. I certainly appreciate their commitment. In conclusion, this was one of my first experiences outside our home since arriving in Florida this year and was fearful of what I would find related to Covid 19 risks. Thankfully, I felt completely safe in the dealership at all times as all precautions are being taken. Many thanks to all those who served me. I will gladly continue to do business with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte.
