First off, I would like to ask whatever happened to good customer service? The young lady that answered the phone was very rude as if she didn't want to help. I inquired about chair rentals and backdrop stand. If you've ever worked in a business where customer service drives your company, you should know this makes a big difference to the people.

The best in the business!! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond, whether it be a simple wine glass order or a detailed wedding rental order. I’ve been a customer for 40 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I just rented a dance floor from them for my wedding last weekend and they were the worst vendor we worked with. They did not show up for our venue walk thru and were not friendly nor accommodating at any point. We decided to contact them the week of the wedding to see if we could rent a tent for a rain plan and Erin C essentially chuckled at my mom on the phone to tell her they didn’t have any tents to rent to us, allegedly. I’m not sure if they’re this rude to everyone but there are a lot of other rental company’s to choose from in Mobile and I won’t be giving them a dime in the future.

The staff is so friendly and responds with such promptness. I couldn't have asked for a better rental company. Online payments made everything a breeze and when I needed chairs and a table added there wasn't any issue or confusion about what was needed. Plus they offer Sunday delivery without and upcharge!
