I have been seeing the dietician at Aster Wellness for the past three months. She is amazing! She has been able to help me with preventing stress eating. We have also been working on the craving change crash course, which has been life changing! I love Elizabeth! She is so nice, sweet and overall wonderful!! I have recommended her to family.
