We ordered online today on the website and had the best delivery experience! It mentioned we should expect it at 2:03 and our bell rang exactly at 2:03! Also the materials was so rich. Definitely will order again and hope to come in person and sit there soon!

Impromptu date night with my husband for the day of our actual anniversary. After being deeply disappointed by another business yesterday, Boston Pizza yet again proved comfort food and a welcoming lounge, sets the stage for a great night. Service was great, especially Amanda who took care of everything we needed the whole night. Will be going again!
The food was so good, service was perfect. This place is not too crowded or rowdy, covid measures were in place. I highly recommended this BP!
I liked the food, and our server Brian was very friendly. I will definitely go back there. The whole experience actually deserves more than 4 stars, maybe I will give a 5 next time.
We ordered 2 large pizzas to-go for New Years Eve dinner. They forgot to put sauce on BOTH of our pizzas!! We drove out quite a bit to pick the food up so we did not want to drive all the way back. Extremely disappointing! :'( UPDATE (Jan 15): Great followup by management. Good customer service! Pizza tasted perfect this time.
Brother ordered take-out and I went to the location to pick up. Unfortunately once we got home, we realized we were missing one of our pastas. I called the location and the woman who picked up (same one who helped me at the restaurant earlier) was very apologetic and got the kitchen to make us a fresh order of pasta. We went back to pick up our missing order and she also gave us some gift cards for next time. I really appreciated this and thought her customer service was superb!
So like all the Boston pizza near me closed, so we had to drive all the way out for this one. If you can get served by Paris, it's worth it. Food is pretty standard for bp but having her as a server made our night.
Boston pizza is the best. The last 3 times I have come here I got served by a younger guy named Brian. He always paid great attention to me and by the third time I came in he had remembered my order and had my regular drink ready to go before he even got to the table. He is a very talented conversationalist and talked to me like we were best friends and remembered things I told him the last 2 times I came in. I have never received service like that at any other restaurant.
