Dr. S Kim is by far the most genuine, dedicated, caring vet I have met. I have been coming here for a few years now for Tori's annual check-ups, hence I have to say that I am in love with the staff,and especially grateful to have met Dr. Kim. Came by for the first time when I was going to fly Tori abroad, and Dr. Kim was able to guide me throughout the entire process with his knowledge, expertise, and research about the country. Although Burkeview isn't an emergency animal hospital and have their own business hours, Tori was in an urgent situation with bloody diarrhea at around 8am. I called a few vets near me, but no one picked up, so I tried calling Burkeview knowing it wasn't their business hour, and no one picked up. But within minutes, Dr. Kim returned my call! After hearing my concerns and issues, he asked me to come by immediately, and he was able to squeeze in an appointment for Tori! Tori was able to receive the necessary treatments and meds, and Dr. Kim followed up with me ensuring Tori's health and wellness. It is unfortunate that Burkeview is 1.5 hour drive from where I live, but it is definitely worth the drive knowing that Tori will be in good hands when seen by Dr. Kim. Thank you Dr. Kim! Great place to take your pet for any animal heath issues. Prices are reasonable and staff ard helpful. Dr. Kim is nice with animals. The only issue I have here is why are the owners of the pets not allowed to be with their animals when the shots are being given or pets being examined?????
Great doctors and staff. I can feel that all the staff care about the animals. They have been so kind and helpful. They will not suggest things that are not necessary for your pet. Very happy with this place.
Just adopted a new kitty and I had so many questions because I never raised a kitty before. They were very helpful by providing much information. The price was also very reasonable.
Excellent place to take your pets. Very nice people. Good prices.
