My time at Cobotix was awesome, I started there knowing very little about manufacturing and left there with a wealth of knowledge. Management was great, in fact it was definitely the best managed workplace I’ve been to, even offering leadership training to many employees. The work offers many challenges and rewards and can be very fulfilling, with a great variety of different areas to learn. 10/10

Cobotix has personally been a great Company to work at. Co-workers were knowledgeable & patient with training and I have had opportunities to learn new practices and techniques, obtain my level 2 first aid, and be given flexibility in my schedule as i went back to school.

Great place to work treated employees with the utmost respect. helped me out many times when I needed it. I worked at another metal shop for ten years till they closed down and cobotix hired me at the same wage that took me ten years to get at other company. From the first minute I walked into the door I was impressed at how much more efficient they ran and the attention to detail and quality. All the employees were professional and skilled My boss Pat Cunningham was a great boss to work for made me really want to do the absolute best I could do and always went way out of the way to help me out. Due to a longterm reacuring injury obtained from previous job I unfortunately can't weld anymore or I'd gladley go back there to work.
