Within a residential area, walking through the trees, you will be transported to Mother Nature's back yard! A very vibrant stream run through this part of the park, the stream is also where Salmon returns every year to complete their life cycle. We take for granted of how lucky we are to live in a City that blends nature with human activities, lets keep the balance and treat Nature with respect!

We were greeted by a very knowledgeable lady. The centre was not open to the public but she did give us some quick info. She was very informational and pleasant. Hopefully next year we will get to tour the centre!

Perfect for a family fun day! Every so often they do a Salmon release event which is fun for all ages. Great place to learn more about Salmon and much more. Face painting, BBQ and of course the release of Salmon. I love what they are doing. They release tons of Salmon fry back into the river.

Great place to learn about fish. People are friendly and it is fun for the kids! Great place to take school trips and do salmon release programs with classes! If you have a free day on (think it is open saturdays) the weekend this is a great place to bring the kids to help them learn about the life cycle if the fish and how fish play their part in the forest ecosystem and food chain!!!!
