The Positive Feedback: - Good price (You get what you pay for) - High-quality camera and equipment utilized - Showed up for the event - Got the live-streaming job done (for the most part) Why I cannot recommend IH Video Productions: - Unable to communicate effectively and coordinate with other vendors or lead event Coordinators (In our case Wedding Coordinator) - Unresponsive; refuses to do email and does not answer phone, just texts - Poor attention to detail and below average photography skills; captured the bride's blurry grand entrance through a rainy, wet transparent tarp when it could have been easily lifted - Unprofessional and frustrating to deal with; several complaints by wedding coordinator and Bride unable to successfully connect or take direction - Absent-minded and not punctual; missed the first half of a critical moment, the first dance - Packed up their things and left before capturing the father-daughter dance and sneaked out without saying they were leaving to end their day early - Inexperienced; incapable of properly streaming a personal slide-show pre-livestream and gave back our brand new hard drive corrupted, unable to access the our wedding live stream files - Gives excuses; we had to chase them down for dragging months and bribe them just to get a copy of our own live stream files of our wedding and constantly met with endless amount of excuses - Lingers around in your life well after your business is done as it is very difficult to tie up any loose ends with this company and finalizing your business together is an agonizing nightmare
