Very VERY unorganized. Staff are unfriendly. Booked online and when you arrive there is mass confusion at the door. No direction from staff as to checking in. The app and web booking says to check in when you arrive, but the staff get angry when you try. If you wait outside others who are also waiting for appointments go right in and check in bumping you back down the line. What's the point of making an appointment or doing \save my spot\ if you get treated like a walk in and end up waiting for an hour. Total garbage location. Other lifelabs in the area are much more organized

There were 4 people in line before me and I waited outside for 20 min and got into the registration counter. The staff asked me to wait another 45 min just for picking up a test kit, not any actual test itself here, telling me that they were too busy. It is quite a shock to wait for another 45 min just to pick up a test kit. There should be a better way to serve people come here.

Excellent customer service, the techs are all so nice. They were extremely short staffed and I can not commend how gracefully they all worked together and handled the stress of dozens of people lining up and only three staff(2 drawing and 1 at reception) members to take patients. They deserve a raise!

Great experience here! Opened at 6:30am. Checked in with the \Save My Spot!\ option - it said 24 minute wait time - I got there at 6:45pm - waited 10 minutes. The staff members I encountered were friendly. No complaints at all!

Just took my daughter here and was greeted by a very rude lady. Not impressed. Never had any issues before. The young Asian girl needs to learn manners and how to speak to people.
