Fantastic service time after time. We've had to come here a number of times due to our child losing or damaging his glasses. Quick and great service every time. We're proud to support local business and support smaller private shops. Not the same experience when we've gone to big box stores in the past.

These folks are great.I went there to get the broken arm on my glasses replaced. The place I bought the glasses from offered to replace the frame for 200.00.The people at new trend couldn't replace the arm because of an oddball hinge. They pointed out 2 cracks in the frame and said they could fit my lenses to a slightly smaller frame.They didn't try to up sell me.I gave them the ok and my glasses were ready in about 40 min. Thank you new trend.The new frames came in at 80.oo.They have earned my future loyalty. Two thumbs way up.
