Said it was 120 an hour on the phone. Then said it was 120 an hour when they got to the job. But when finished all of a sudden its 150 an hour. I said no then its 120 an hour again without the discount that I get for paying cash. I counted out the right amount of money for him twice. Give him the cash and look away for a minute and all of a sudden its 20 dollars short. I know exactly how much money was in my pocket it was not 20 short and gave it to him anyways cause I dont need the headache. Just be honest about your charges and don't tell me its 20 short when it isn't.

I have moved three times with Joe now and enjoyed every one of them, so delivered things to storage a few times and also retrieved things from storage on separate occasions too! He and his team are the greatest....as Ida they also packed for me too. I highly recommend them!
