I gave these guys only 1 star because i could not give zero stars. The installation wasn't handled properly at all, to say the least. The person in charge over there, Askari ( or lack of keeping charge) did not keep me informed on the very important fact that THEY WERE DELAYING MY PROJECT FOR 3 WEEKS, due to a "backorder" on products, (which I know was not on backorder because I checked with the supplier{i am in construction industry}) So my entire job site was delayed because of the lack of consideration from this guy, all he needed to do was give me a simple phone call, I had to reschedule my finishing trades and that left me with a dormant section of the site, which ended up costing me more money. The PRODUCT DID NOT EVEN MEET A SATISFACTORY LEVEL. We were left with unevenness of the colour and thickness of the flake, and the entire job was done quite messy( I had to pay concrete finishers to have them remove random splattyers all over the place where it shouldnt be!!!! I was very frusterated to say the least!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!! I thought I would a little bit of money going with them, but I ended up paying more than double in damages than what the others would have charged. My advice is to go with the a reputable company which has more than 1 location in the lower mainland, because you know that they are busy and for good reason .
