Brad and his team helped us purchase our first home this past winter. As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the whole process and had tons of questions. Brad was extremely responsive and thorough in helping us through each step. In such a hot market, Brad always made sure to get us in for viewings ASAP, even though the houses we were looking at were out in the valley. He has an eye for detail and knows what to look for when going for viewings and provided his opinion which was extremely helpful for us. He went above and beyond to find us our perfect starter home and we could not be happier! We cannot recommend Brad enough to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Can’t wait to work with him again!

We worked with Justin Spence to buy our first home and felt so lucky to have him working with us. Justin setup multiple viewings in one day and drove us to them all, which made the viewing process very easy. Any further viewings were setup quickly and were made to fit our schedules. Justin was always available to answer emails or texts and help us make decisions. When it came to making an offer Justin walked us through all of the steps and simplified everything for us. We went from first viewing to removing subjects in two weeks! I don't know if buying a house is always this easy but Justin helped make it easy for us! I would recommend Justin to anyone needing an honest, competent and friendly realtor.
My wife and I recently purchased our very first home after years of renting, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. No one is ever going to claim that buying a place to live is easy, but Brad and his team took away all the fear of the unknown and made the entire process a lot more comfortable for us. Frankly I began to question whether or not Brad ever turns it off, because no matter the time of day or the issue at hand, he was there for us with an answer or some helpful advice. 10/10 all the way, you won't regret the decision to work with them.

5 stars, easy. This is why: My husband and I worked with Brad K. so that we could purchase our first home. Initially we were nervous about what we could afford based on our savings alone; but Brad and his team helped us to see what we could own right now given what we already had. He broke down the steps and made us feel less apprehensive about the whole \first time home buyers\ process. Plus the fact that he has so many contacts that could help us out has been super helpful. As my husband and I are quite young, shy and soft spoken he has been so nice and EASY to talk to; most importantly he was attentive while we spoke and worked quickly so that he could show us some homes right away based on our checklist. Plus he was upfront and honest during the home viewings and knowledgeable; this made this process run as smoothly as it did. We are thankful to have recieved his guidance and direction; now in turn we now don't have to rent anymore and we can begin to build home equity within the years to come! This has us feeling so excited!!! Further to this, we feel so thankful that Brad kept optimistic for us even during this COVID pandemic. Down the road we look forward to working with Brad again when it comes time for us to trade up and sell our home. Cheers!
