I went to do some shopping last night only to find out the service to be horrible. I bought mangoes on sale supposedly at .99 cents, however when i went to the self serve area i pressed red mangoes and they came up at a higher price. A lady named Susan asked her colleague to check on the price and it was .99 cents. Now the problem was that I asked them if i was to get that item free as they do at Superstore due to machine error and wrong price showing up. All they had to do was say we do not do that but put the blame on me for not entering a code instead of putting in ed mangoes\. wow I was being blamed for something I did not do according to them at the same token I bought bananas and used the search for \bananas\ and it came up at the proper price, so a manager shows up and then I am trying to explain to Susan that its not my fault. I am actually a customer who spends a fair bit of money there as I also get my prescriptions filled there every month plus shop for groceries. I told them all this. However for lousy 2.00 saving on mangoes I got the most rude and unprofessional service. Instead of being rude to customers who pay your salaries the staff should be more diligent and learn how to accept their mistakes. There certainly needs to be some training and coaching in customer service at this store in the evenings. Some of us are long time customers. Unfortunately a very sad and rude awakening. When I told the staff (abed) that I will relay this to the manager in the morning he just shrugged and had that \whatever\ attitude. Just posting this so people are aware of the service I received.

This is a very neighbourly supermarket. Its a very nice store, with plenty of departments, you could practically find anything!! There's a floral section, pastries, fresh fruits and veggies (they even cut and prepackage fruits which is perfect for little kids at school). I love this location and it is my regular one. Employees are extremely friendly too. Would recommend.
