It used to be an okay restaurant especially for Persian cuisine, but it has been going down the hill for the past year and a half! We went there a few times in the past few months and every time it was worse that before; the lady who serves the food (which also seem to be the owner) doesn’t seem to care about customer and barely brings what you ask (not enough cutleries, water or …). They sometimes have arbitrary opening hours and stop serving food whenever they wish! The food quality has gone down too … so, after the last couple of experiences, we decided enough is enough! We will not to go there anymore!

The kabobs are really good and very affordable. The staff here are also very friendly. Could be the owners. It can get a bit dark inside on darker days since all the interior is black but other than that everything is excellent. Take-out is usually my choice.

Kebob house is my go-to restaurant for Persian cuisine. Beef kebobs for 12 bucks! Can't beat that. The food is delicious, the staffs are friendly, and their price is unbeatable. My favorite is the Vasiri combo with half salad and half rice. Their takeout service is also excellent, my food arrived on time, and tasted just like it does in their restaurant, delightful!

Koobideh was decent. Barg was rubbery and tasteless. I have been fortuntate to taste good Persian food and was very disappointed. Also, I did not feel welcome and the staff were not at all friendly. Very unlike most places in and around Vancouver.

The best kabobs dishes plus other dishes ( jojeh, soltani, barg & ....) I been they regular costumers since 2010 and never had bad dishes or a bad costumer service , the staff ( owners ) are really friendly and awesome , you should try they food I’m sure after one time try you’ll be they regulars like me . Just want to write and tell the owners from here that thank you for your delicious food and the great costume service much appreciated. From Moe
