We are 2 cars in with this great dealership! We dealt with Douglas both times and Douglas is nothing short of amazing. He won’t sell you the expensive vehicle but the safest vehicle that’s right for you and your budget. I never had a single issue with any of the two vehicles we bought. A 2010 Dodge Caliber that is awesome and a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer. I can’t recommend this place enough: great listeners, honest, go above and beyond for outstanding service, great prices.

I purchased a 2011 Honda CR-Z from this dealership. I try to buy almost exclusively from private sales but I had to jump on this opportunity when I needed a new car. I connected with Patrick who stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, answered my questions and took pictures for me while it was being worked on before it was released to me. The process of buying the car took a while (as it typically does) but went smoothly. Sara was willing to hear me out and work with me when I decided I wanted to change my warranty coverage. I ended up keeping the coverage anyway and Sara made sure that I was informed in my decision. Overall, great experience and a good place to buy a car. I got a sweet deal and I feel that TriCity Mitsubishi will do what they can for me if needed. The sales crowd here is a bit younger than I'm used to seeing too, which is very pleasant since I'm a young feller myself. Next time I need a car, I'll definitely be checking TriCity's stock before looking elsewhere. Thank you Patrick, Sara, and the TriCity team!
