The woman answering the phone barely speaks English. 9/9 doctors in the group are Chinese, coincidence? maybe. Then again might be one of these business that only hires Chinese people. That's not my issue with them though. I went there to get a vision check and they gave me what looked like a slightly different prescription than usual. I thought nothing of it. Got my glasses made at a different business. Put them on and they were totally wrong. Went to a different optometrist and they said it was written incorrectly and the values were wrong too. Thanks guys! now I'm out 300 and I have to fight them to get compensated.
