I wanted to give a higher score as the staff are brilliant, and the location cannot be beaten, but the park is too small. This was the highest price caravan park out of 24 on our current trip, and one of my most disliked. The main reason for the low score are the sites. The sites are teeny tiny. We hardly had any grass.They have packed in two sites, when there should only be one. Our camper didn’t fit and stuck out on the road. When it’s busy, it’s just claustrophobic. The showers are clean, but vintage, circa 1970. My shower pressure was awful. The knobs for the washing machines have been removed, I presume so you can’t use hot water. Hot water kills bacteria, cold doesn’t. There is only one dryer working. The pool is nice, but teeny tiny. No bookings via internet.

The perfect location! So close the the main shopping and restaurant strip, the marina and four mile beach. The pool was refreshing, amenities block very clean and the staff very welcoming. Would not hesitate coming back and would recommend to anyone looking to camp in Port Douglas without the Port Douglas price tag

Clean and well maintained. Feels overall like a good safe place to stay, even for a novice campervan user like myself. I appreciate that the toilets and showers have lockable cubicles, with a little bench to sit on inside while you get dressed. I do wish the washing machines took card payment though, but that can be fixed by just remembering to bring coins.

Good place. So very clean. Caravan sites are a bit tight. Beach next door. Very friendly mangers.

Best campground in the area! Location is great, close to the beach (net), a few minutes away from restaurants and bars in the heart of the lovely city of Port Douglas. Kitchen is very well equipped and organised, a very clean fridge with a compartment for each campsite and 2 large efficient gas barbecues. Showers and toilets are nice and clean, a bit vintage but in a good condition though. Nice swimming pool with shade.

Lovely staff, shower is really good. Just 3 min walk to beach. The perfect place to stay in Port Douglas.

What a great little park. Walking distance to the main street, markets and Marina of Port Douglas. A small park but with clean amenities and pool. The staff are great. Always up for a friendly chat, giving out some local knowledge and always busy around the park. Plenty of shade and room for all size vans etc. Will definitely book in again on our next trip.

So very happy to have found this amazing CP in Port Douglas! Staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly caring and helpful! It is very well priced, spotless! close to all amenities, town ,beach , cafes and restaurants.. One thing I am certain of, I am coming back here! I highly recommend.
