I'm very happy with my experience in store,. I'm indecisive sometimes, but every time I visited they were helpful, patient and not pushy. The real test is that we are happy with our choice and the install was professional. Everyone involved was friendly and efficient. When we are ready to do more we will come back.

LOVE my new carpet installed by Chris and his team from Carpet One! Leanne and Sarah in the showroom were SO helpful and SO patient in answering all my questions and giving me recommendations. I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and courtesy! Will definitely be going to Carpet One for all future flooring needs. Love that they do kitchens and blinds too!
