Great friendly service. This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever set foot in for any manufacturer. All the staff including the owner go out of their way to say hi and talk to you. This makes you feel welcome. This is a small town delaership that has managed to keep the small-town friendly feel. They are fair with their service and don't try to sell you unnecessary service items. I will never step foot in another Kia dealership.

Owner was very friendly as well as service girl,but car didn't get repaired when clearly there was a problem and they told me there isn't. The problem being with the collision avoidance system that doesn't warn me until im almost touching someone's back bumper cruising down highway even though I have it set for earliest warning time which means if set to latest I'd be in car ahead of me back seat before it warned me.

I've bought a lot of cars over the last 45 years (Yikes! I'm old!) This was, hands down, the best purchasing experience ever. Ken is what every salesperson should be. He was friendly without being pushy and helpful without trying to up sell. His sincere enjoyment of his job and genuine enthusiasm for the Kia product sets the tone from the first conversation. Jake looked after the financial end of things and what can I say? If "Fast, Friendly and Efficent" is ever looking for a poster child, I know where to send them. He made the tedious part quick and easy. Kudos to Kelly for creating a dealership that I would happily recommend to anyone and everyone reading this review. Buying a new car can actually be fun! Who knew?

Great sales and service. I am on my 3rd Kia in the last 6 years. They always make me feel at ease. Buying a new car can be stressful. They made it easy from the start to driving my new vehicle off the lot. As for the service, scheduling Is easily done online and the actual service is always done with care and clarity to ensure that I understand the work being done. There is no hidden fees or agenda and they operate with the highest integrity and friendliness.
