Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Sanitizer only available upon entry via a person that sits at a counter, so you need to walk over there to sanitize instead of sanitizing yourself at self service station as you enter. Wide variety but pricy, store brand products are not of such good quality. Everytime I go there I need to ask for prices, because prices are not available on the shelves or has anoyher product's price on the shelf example a white regular spray paint was priced R1999.95, but actually only cost R49.95.

Today the person at the till had severe flue , coughing sneezing .In these COVID19 times unacceptable as I had to disinfect everything she might have touched.Sorry, your work ethic is totally out of zink .I will go elsewhere in future
