Lovely setting. Lush vegetation. Seemingly private coves built on a downward slope. Pancake servings are large and service is friendly. Suitable for all ages. The only snag is the toilets which are located many levels up and did not appear to have paraplegic access.

The kids loved it so much they want to come back! We did the obstacle course zip line and banana fields tour which was loads of fun. The people here are really friendly. There’s a nursery with some good-priced plants . Great restaurants too.

This was supposed to be a quick pit-stop enroute the final destination. Turned out to be an experience on its own. A good few fun-filled hours for varying age groups - we legit went bananas!

We've ordered your famous Banana Shake @R40 today. Although the taste was good the presentation was quite the opposite. Maybe you can consider a nicer glass and a topping to compliment the shake. Regards Jeanette

Real nice place with many activities for kids such as zip lining, farm animals, archery, paintball and trampolines. There is also a big store filled with snacks/sweets and some toys. The restaurants food was great and the outside area has a nice setting. The milkshakes such as their main attraction banana shake is R40 for a measly -350ml glass and it could do with a bit of decoration for the price. I feel there was a bit of confusion by those who have not been there before in the sense of where the pancake/ banana restaurant is, which is located behind the retail store by the front entrance. I will go again and I will recommend this outing to those with families.

Such a beautiful place but the food was abysmal. The spinach was really bad tasting. The feta was bland. Rather disappointed with the restaurant. But the shop was stocked with a lot of cool treats and snacks. So 2 stars for the beauty and the shop.

The concept and location of the establishment is excellent. I was told by the locals that the pancakes here were excellent, the Caramel & Banana pancake was definitely worth every penny, portions are generous and tasty. I was not impressed with the quality of the optional ice cream that came with the dish. A good variety of savoury and dessert pancakes and milkshakes for every taste. A decent menu without being overwhelming or complicated. The service we received was however below par. The waitress seemed disinterested and we were told to find our own table because she "did not know where the tables are". We ordered bottled water which never arrived and while it was a rather warm day the outdoor area was not extremely busy and it was a bit unsettling to have the waitress who was not particularly friendly either was perspiring rather a lot (perhaps a good idea to wipe your face before serving food). We would have overlooked this easily if she was friendly and/or rushed off her feet. The restaurant is nestled conveniently behind the local produce shop and little nursery. Plenty of activities for the little kids and the adventurous people out there. Mini golf, zip-lines and such. Worth the trip if only for the Pancakes!

Have to stop and have either a banana shake or banana bread every time I'm down the south coast. If I hungry I definitely have a pancake!! what I appreciate is that there are endless options of both savoury and sweet. There are a few activities to do with the kids and a massive shopping area filled with imported sweets and locally made preserves. Also have a fresh food section for anyone vacationing down there.
