The staff at Port Edward Pep are what make shopping there an absolute pleasure! They are all so extremely friendly. They always greet you. Bring you a basket when you have a few items in your hand, offer sizing suggestion when they notice you taking a size they know is to big for you. I am yet to go in there and be disappointed by their service. Keep up the good work!

I send someone yesterday the TOKEN bt the lady didn't specify that to the customer that pep got 2kind of token so that the customer can understand instead she print flash token n my bf evn phoned me to confirm a token I said yes a token I didn't even mention flash bcz I know that the token that I want n today I send my bf back today he explained the complain to Sanele the cashier n evn me I use my airtime to explain n I evn speak to the manager Kevin bt he didn't solve the problem I don't think they even deserve evn1 star I can give them -1*
