Its two members are Debbie and Bryan Wintermeyer and they have been with The Workplace since its inception. The Workplace Agency is an agency that provides built environment and related solutions. We have experience in many disciplines within the built environment sphere, and currently operate under three tiers of service: Engage, Make, Build. For us, our training as architects has equipped us with certain built environment sensibilities but we know that what we do should be about ‘more than design’. We hope that we are expanding on the norms of our discipline to add more layers to our approach towards social, physical and cultural change. We believe that at the intersection of traditional Architecture and contemporary thinking and a whole lot of other interesting things, is the potential to explore beyond the confines of the architectural discipline and open ourselves up to more collaborative partnerships. We acknowledge that nothing can happen in isolation and therefore, we want to work with others. With our refreshed vision, we hold on strongly to our responsibility to the broader public, our work and the built environment, and that their linkages are inextricable.
