You know those days, kind of late, that you are looking for a place to eat something nice and easy with the family. Well this is your place. The food we ordered (mussels, omelette, kids cheeseburger) was more than good. It's not an outstanding place, but everyone was local and food was honest. I fully recommend. Great balance price/quality, and the staff was very friendly and gentle.

This is a small but very pleasant fishing village named Port in the Bassen. This place reminded us of Brixham Harbour which is another small port, but this place has an estuary. We parked up on the harbour wall where to the left side if you were walking back into the village are lots, in fact loads of shells. To the right nothing which is strange. Anyway there are millions of them, which you see by the photos I have posted. Apparently these are discarded by the fisherman out at sea and these get slowly get wash up, hence why there are millions of them on the beach. We had a walk round the village and while we were there we had a spot of lunch. The parking was free when we were there but I think you do have to pay normally. All in all a very nice place to visit and spend a couple of hours.

The waiter was really nice, very accommodating. The place was clean. The food was good for the price, though nothing exceptional. The fish soup was good. The view of the port is great. For the price, this is a good place. I would go again.

Poor service, we been waiting for an hour to order food when people around us who got there 10-15 minutes after us already got their food.
