This company made a fantastic job of upholstering my couch however I've been asking them since the beginning of the year to upholster my chaise long and they keep giving me the runaround. I've been into the shop on several occasions and was told by the owner that he was very busy but would get to me ASAP. I was told he would be in touch around September which came and gone then when I went back in he took my name and no again and told me it would be around November to have it done. My wife called yesterday and the owner told her that it would be next year before he could do it but could not give an exact date. I'm trying to support a local business by giving them my custom but they have treated us very poorly. Very unhappy by the lack of customer service.

Seeing first hand old furniture reupholstered to its former glory is quite unique. The team are master craftsmen and women and always do an outstanding job. Would highly recommend.

Wide selection of leathers and material to chose from. Wllie was very knowledgeable about the grades of leather and finishes they would produce. Good advice on style of sofas to suit our smallish space and our preferences. Lots of options discussed. All in all, a very productive visit and i look forward to our new suite arriving soon.
