A fair sized Marks, with a reasonable range of clothes and food. The entry display is usually dreary, and soon narrows into a bit of a muddle. The food hall at just after 3.00 pm this afternoon was very short of food, and blocked by all the restocking trolleys, with little sign of restocking going on... see photos. Come on Marks, you must be able to do better!

Its a great shop , well laid out store. Friendly staff. However may i say i am infuriated by the sparks card . Today i purchased over 50 worth of groceries only to discover that the money off voucher hasnt been added to my card. Apparently i need the paper voucher. Surely in the middle of a pandemic this is a bad idea. Why cant these paper vouchers be added to the card rather than having to carry about bits of paper.

We have bought our food, once a week, during lockdown at M & S Port Glasgow. A great variety. Stops food becoming monotonous. Just one thing. This week a bag of easy peelers were all bad in the middle but that's not M & S's fault. Staff are very cheery and helpful and they work hard.
