We stopped here entering Cap Breton. The service we reveived was not good it was EXCELLENT i am sorry I forgot her name I feel so bad as I really wanted to name her as she went out of her way to help us even called the place my husband found for a room reservation while she did her best to call many places that was all booked up for that night she even told the motel it was ohr 6th year wedding anniversary witch they had put a bottle of wine for us in our room! But you know who you are love and again we thank you so much!! Mr. & Ms. LeBlanc

We visited this Nova Scotia provincial visitor information location a few weeks ago. It is pretty much like all of the other ones with items such as Trinkets and postcards to buy along with as many Maps and brochures of the local entertainment at points of interest. The staff was friendly and answered my question right away without having to ask someone else or look it up on Google which I have seen them do before.

A must stop before you go up the island. The staff here are super friendly and talk you through all the main spots you need to visit and also the roads you can take to get there. We were glad we stopped here for info. They also provide you with free maps and other brochures of events happening. Definitely recommended.

A lot of information available there about the area and country. Scenic view of the water. Helpful staff.

The larger visitors information centres are staffed by knowledgeable experienced staff who will help you with bookings and planning. Some of the smaller centres have less experienced summer students. The centre in Yarmouth and at the Canso entrance to Cape Breton are fantastic.

Helpful staff and plenty of information. A map of Cape Breton alone would be appreciated.

Lots of travel information (brochures, maps) about) Cape Breton. Well worth a stop. Very knowledgeable staff. Internet connection available. We have been multiple times to Cape Breton and always stop. Has nice clean handicap accessible restrooms.
