The room was clean and beds comfortable. The view is spectacular from your private balcony. No protein foods at the free breakfast but the hostess was sweet and coffee is robust.

Great place to stay. Clean, affordable and very friendly staff
I am an employee. We get paid minimum wage to do our job and support a hotel that is being cleaned up. We have many duties to do at the desk which includes making sure the rooms are cleaned up and organised efficiently. Breakfast consists of a light course of food. For those who left a poor review we are requesting a second chance.
Not worth the money. Lighting is terrible, bathroom door didn't shut, sink didn't drain, shower head sprays like a water hose, no fridge, and the whole place feels like a thrift shop. Hence the name "thrift Lodge".
If I could give no stars I would. Filthy floor that had clearly not been vacuumed in months, we could hear the conversation of the people next door since the few guests in the place were all next to each other, drapes shredded from ware, bedding is thin from ware, locks on the doors don’t work. The price was right, but at the price of feeling safe and clean. Never again will I stay at a Thriftlodge.
Don’t stay here and don’t give them your credit card. They charge your card anyway even if you cancel.
Helpful front desk staff. The room was very big and was clean. Mini fridge in room. View from balcony was nice . Slight musty odor resembling an old library.
Check in was horrible the front desk manager was rude there were a large number of people checking in . The hotel itself was very dated and sub standard for the rate charged. The complimentary continental breakfast consisted of toast coffee and cold cereal. The rooms were dirty and the carpet was very stained. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. Overall not pleased.
