Rarely am I compelled to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience with the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home when my mother passed away. I am an only child and live out of state, so I was very concerned about finding not only a reputable business, but also one that was compassionate and caring about my needs. I dealt mostly with Laura, but also with her father John. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a vulnerable time. They were attentive to my needs when I was out of town, calling and emailing promptly. They provided very clear guidance and instructions. Once I came to Port Huron, it was quickly evident their primary concern was to ease the grieving process for me and to provide a meaningful tribute and service for my mom, all the time honoring my mom’s final wishes. I would recommend this business without hesitation to anyone seeking a positive experience during such a difficult time. It is clear to me they are an honest, reputable, and caring family.
