What a lovely restuarant for an evening meal in Port Isaac! The staff are super nice and friendly and the food is tasty, well prepared and value for money. A level above just average pub food going into bistro/gastropub style food so you will find something for everyone. Definitely go for any of their award winning dishes such as the fish pie and seafood using local seafood where they they can.

We called in advance and they accommodated us to dine in. We ordered the battered cod and fried fish, they were very fresh and ‘crunchy’. Sticky toffee was made fresh and it was an excellent end to our meal. Service was impeccable and highly recommended!

Wow great service. It's all takeaway at the moment, they have a stall set outside serving hand pulled pints and food. Not being able to sit inside wasn't a problem as we sat in the pier. We had the fish and chip. I have to say it was the most freshest fish I've ever had. Maybe that's because it's a fishing port and it was could have been caught the same day.

Went to port Isaac and stopped by their takeaway bar area just to grab food and was overwhelmed with how good the food, had the squid and it was out of this world, so fresh and tasty, presented nicely in a nice takeaway box, to the point I went back for seconds! My partner has the chessey chips which was really nicely good with plenty of cheese! Our friend has crab sandwich which was also really fresh and full of flavour in good quality bread with a nice side of salad! The staff were lovely and the timing was really fast! Really impressed, if we ever come back to Port Isaac will be coming back here for sure!

We stopped off here on our recent holiday to Cornwall. Lovely pub, with friendly staff. The mussels were amazing and a great portion too. Slightly expensive, but we both agreed it was well worth the price. Would recommend!

The restaurant was nice however we had to wait a long time before our order was taken. In fact people who came after us placed their order before the waiter came to our table. The food was good.
