I have been to this hospital numerous times and it is by far my favorite on the island! From psych to ER to minor problems, I have never had an issue with anything. The staff is always so friendly and they make sure you are as comfortable as possible. And, it's always so clean!

If i can give 0 star i would this place should be shut down this place is a dumpster. From the nurse to the doctor they all need to be fired the nurse are extremely careless the doctors all they want is a piece of the insurance pie they dont know what they patient have and they already want to do surgery. it unreal how this place run im in shock how they take care a cancer patient.
I lost my grandma today 01-31-21 due to Covid-19, I’m just writing this to say thank you to all the Nurses and Doctors that took care of her and that gave her the best till the end. We suffer a great pain to think that we won’t be able to hug her and hear her voice. It is so hard to know that there is a whole road ahead of us to be driven without her guidance. Thank you for taking care of Reina Suarez, I’m sure that she is also thankful for everything that you guys did.
I have had 2 procedures in the past 3 years at Mather. To put it as simple as possible and as blunt as possible. I think every person that I have come in contact with from day one for both surgeries have been THE nicest, most courteous, most attentive, sincerely caring, professional people in any work force that I have encountered. I actually left the hospital today in awe of this performance by these people. And I mean everyone from the surgeons, the doctors, NP’s, RN’s, physical therapists, all housekeeping down to reception and security. They genuinely look happy to help which is saying really a lot in this really trying time. These people deserve awards and deserve to be paid what a person gets paid to play let’s say( baseball) or any other sport. They are true hero’s and true human beings. Thank you all.
Had renal angiogram on 10/06/2020, I’m a very anxious person, retired from the medical field(we are the worst patients). From the consult, patient registration, pre surgical testing, the procedure and after care were PERFECT. Your interventional radiology staff, are polite, professional, attentive and caring. I’m scheduled for another procedure mid month and am no longer dreading the visit. Many, many thanks to your staff they are very much appreciated by me, and my family. BL MacDonald
