Suggest the management of Roland Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd could consider to have their own canteen for their staff instead of sharing with nearby factories or at least pantry at each department. This will help staff to minimize their movement to walk to the sharing canteen. Also staff can heat up home cooked food in pantry and eat at their work desk and further avoid gathering or eating at common & crowded place. Pantry at workplace is something essential and it’s sad to know that such a big brand doesn’t have one for staff. Unsure whether they have one for higher management group. And please upgrade the cleanliness of toilet. It’s below average and even public toilets managed much better than the one here. Agreed cleanliness is fall both management and staff responsibilities. While looking at higher production, profit and cost cutting, Roland can also look into staff welfare.
